Steve has over twenty years of practical legal experience specializing in labor and employment law and handling general business and operational issues while serving for several years as in-house legal/business affairs counsel. Now a full-time mediator, Steve brings to the table experience, training, substantive knowledge, counseling and negotiation skills, and a balanced analytical perspective. Steve is currently an L.L.M. candidate at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, where he works with some of the most prominent mediators in the country. Steve has quickly established himself as an effective, well-regarded mediator, using his unique background and skills to help reach resolution on many significant employment and business disputes.
